ARTICLE 1 – Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to any sale of services related to the activity of operating a passenger car with private driver (VTC), hereinafter the "services", offered by the company Ghost Driver (Siret 97818647600013) operating the site mon-vtc-strasbourg.fr, to individuals or legal entities, hereinafter the "customer".
The main characteristics of the services are presented on the website mon-vtc-strasbourg.fr. The customer is required to read them before making any reservation. The choice and reservation with payment of a service is the sole responsibility of the customer.
These general terms and conditions of sale are systematically brought to the attention of all customers prior to the conclusion of the service provision contract and will prevail, where applicable, over any other version or any other contradictory document.
The customer declares to have read these general terms and conditions of sale and to have accepted them before validating the reservation of the services. Validation of the provision of services by the customer is equivalent to acceptance without restriction or reservation of these general terms and conditions of sale.
These general conditions of sale may be subject to subsequent modifications; the version applicable to the customer's purchase is that in force on the day the reservation of the service is concluded.
The services are offered for sale on French territory as well as on the territories of the countries of the European Union and Switzerland in compliance with the regulations applicable to these territories for the performance of the requested service. Any additional costs generated for the performance of the service outside French territory, such as local taxes or state tax, will be borne by the customer.
ARTICLE 2 – Orders
The customer selects the services he wishes to order, either by telephone (06 68 98 21 86), by e-mail (contact@mon-vtc-strasbourg.fr), or via our website (www.mon-vtc-strasbourg.fr).
The reservation must be made at least thirty (30) minutes before the start time of the transport service (this period may be extended at the discretion of the driver depending on the availability of vehicles).
Upon receipt of the reservation request, a quote will be sent to the customer. Quotes are valid for fifteen (15) days from their date of issue. The reservation of the service will become contractual and will be considered firm and definitive between the parties after return of the quote accepted by the customer with the mention "good for agreement".
It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the reservation and all information provided and to immediately report any errors.
In the event of a change to the booking by the customer, such as a change to the journey, the customer must notify the driver in sufficient time to enable the driver to organise the modified service and, where applicable, the signing of a new quote.
Any modification of the reservation by the customer during the performance of the service may result in additional costs to be paid to third parties or reimbursed to the driver at the end of the service. In the event of a modification of the reservation by the customer, during the service, the driver will note on his mission order and have the customer sign the changes made. The costs incurred due to these modifications will remain the responsibility of the customer.
The driver reserves the right to accept or refuse any modifications during a service; he may in fact refuse if this causes a disruption in the functioning of his organization.
ARTICLE 3 – Prices
The rates established by our simulator are given for information purposes only and may be modified depending on the desired times. To confirm this rate, it is recommended to send a reservation request. Mon VTC Strasbourg will confirm all the details of this request and in particular the price of the service.
Our rates are inclusive of all taxes and are expressed in Euros (€). The VAT rate applicable for transfers is 10%. The VAT rate applicable for hourly availability is 20%.
The transfer rate applies to direct travel, without stopping or stopping, from the place of pick-up to the place of arrival previously established in the contract.
Rates are applicable for operations not exceeding 2 vehicles of the same category. Beyond this, Mon VTC Strasbourg reserves the right to increase its rates depending on the number of vehicles desired.
Prices are per vehicle, regardless of the number of people transported (up to 3 for sedans and up to 7 for minivans).
For the provision, any hour started is due. Any additional kilometer to the package established by the contract will be billed at €1.80 including tax/km. Any additional hour to the package established by the contract will be billed at €80 including tax/hour.
For trips planned over several days, the following flat rates will be charged to the customer:

hotel night + breakfast = on quote
Our rates include:
VAT
the vehicle made available to the customer
the provision of a driver who speaks at least French
professional insurance for passengers transported for payment, kilometers traveled, vehicle maintenance, fuel and the duration determined when booking the service
transport of the customer's luggage, within the limits of the vehicle's capabilities
provision of on-board service vehicles (WIFI, phone chargers, touchscreen tablets)
the cost of tolls
Our rates do not include:
the cost of parking and more generally of all parking places
entrance fees to sites (museums, theaters, castles, stadiums or others)
entrance fees to public places
Driver's meal and accommodation costs for a trip over several days
The support of TPMR (Transport of Persons with Reduced Mobility) customers will be subject to specific invoicing indicated in the quote. To this end, and to ensure safe support, any request to support a TPMR customer must be reported at the time of the quote request. The driver reserves the right to refuse a request for service that would endanger both the TPMR customer and the driver himself.
In the event that the transport of the TPMR client requires accompaniment by a third party, no additional billing will be established for the transport of this accompanying third party. Mon VTC Strasbourg does not carry out conventional medical transport but only transport of TPMR clients on a private basis.
An invoice is drawn up by the driver and given to the customer during the transport service.
Price increase / Delay Any delay by the passenger(s) compared to the pick-up time indicated on the booking voucher will result in an increase in the price of the service, in the event that the customer notifies the driver by telephone on 06 68 98 21 86, according to the following terms:
From 10 minutes late: 10 euros
Beyond 20 minutes, every additional half hour of delay: 40 euros (every half hour started is due). Payment of these surcharges occurs at the latest when the passenger(s) board the vehicle.
ARTICLE 4 – Payment Conditions
The price of the service will be paid in full at the latest when the customer is picked up on board the vehicle before the start of the journey.
The driver reserves the right to request a deposit of 30% at the time of signing the quote. In the event of a deposit being paid, in the event of cancellation of the reservation by the customer after its acceptance, for any reason other than force majeure, the deposit paid at the time of booking will not be refunded. This deposit may not under any circumstances be considered a deposit.
In the event of termination of the service at the customer's initiative, no refund will be made and the service ordered will be due in full.
The driver will not be required to proceed with the completion of the reservation ordered by the customer if the price has not been previously paid in full as specified in the conditions indicated above. Payments made by the customer will only be considered final after actual collection of the sums due by Mon VTC Strasbourg.

ARTICLE 5 – Provision of Services
All vehicles are non-smoking. The driver may make stops at the customer's request. The customer is required to respect the equipment. Any damage to the interior or exterior equipment of the vehicles due to the customer's fault will be invoiced to him.
The services reserved by the client relating to the activity of operating a passenger car with driver will be provided according to the following terms: the dates and times of the service will be mutually agreed between the client and Mon VTC Strasbourg by telephone, email or via the online reservation form.
In the event that the service could not be carried out due to the absence of the customer at the time of collection at the indicated location, no refund will be made.
Mon VTC Strasbourg undertakes to do its utmost to ensure the requested journeys in the best conditions but cannot be held responsible for delays due to traffic conditions, accidents or unforeseen events.
ARTICLE 6 – Customer Liability
The customer acknowledges having read the regulations applicable to the transport of people by VTC and undertakes to respect them. The customer must behave in a respectful and courteous manner towards the driver as well as towards any other passenger on board the vehicle.
ARTICLE 7 – Rights and Obligations of the Driver
My VTC Strasbourg is committed to providing a clean vehicle in perfect working order. The driver is responsible for driving the vehicle and ensuring the safety of the passengers. If necessary, he can make all appropriate decisions to ensure this safety.
ARTICLE 8 – Complaints and Disputes
For any claim or request for reimbursement, the customer must send a request by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the address of the company Ghost Driver within ten (10) days after the date of the service provision. After this period, no request will be taken into account.
These general terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute between the customer and Ghost Driver, and in the absence of an amicable resolution, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction to hear the dispute.
ARTICLE 9 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, for any reservation of a service made remotely, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) days to exercise his right of withdrawal. However, this right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the service has been fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and if its execution has begun with the prior agreement of the customer.
ARTICLE 10 – Personal Data
The information collected on the mon-vtc-strasbourg.fr website is necessary for processing reservations and managing customers. It is intended solely for Mon VTC Strasbourg and will not be transmitted to third parties without the customer's consent. In accordance with the "Data Protection" law, the customer has the right to access, rectify and oppose information concerning him/her, which he/she can exercise by contacting Mon VTC Strasbourg.
ARTICLE 11 – Acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale
The acceptance of the general conditions of sale by the customer is materialized by a checkbox in the reservation form on the website or by the signature of the quote and its handwritten mention "good for agreement". This acceptance can only be full and complete. Any contrary condition set by the customer will be, in the absence of express acceptance by Mon VTC Strasbourg, unenforceable against Mon VTC Strasbourg, regardless of the time at which it may have been brought to its attention.
